Your Profile name, User ID, Password, and Account should show when you open a Session Property. This should look similar to the example listed below. If you are having problems seeing the previously saved information please contact Nancy Mordhorst or Leila Styer.

Example:

User ID: cahe\4hStyer (you will use your county information)
Password: (contact Leila Styer for current password)

Make sure and select Save Password for the program to retain this information for later use.

Click OK

You will notice on top you have a heading listed as FTP WS_FTP LE 4h.wsu.edu

There will also be two columns showing Local System, and Remote Site. Local System is your computer system and file structure. Remote Site is the server location where your data files will be transferred.

Next under Remote Site double click on the directory 4h then 4hData, then your county sub-directory (example 4hLeila). Under the Local System find your MarTech Data Location. Most will be located under (c:\Program Files\Youth Enrollment\Data).

Just below the Local System, and Remote Site you will see three transfer options (ASCII, Binary, and Auto) make sure that Binary is selected as the transfer type.

Located on the lower bar select Options, now select Save Current Folders as Connection Folders, select OK.

You are now ready to begin the FTP transfer process.

Transfer all .db files in your data folder:

Examples:
Youth2a.db down to Z5lite.db

Under the Local System highlight all .db files. Next click the arrow going to the right, this will begin the file transfer.

When the transfer is completed you will notice the files are now also listed under the Remote Site, please double check that the correct files are listed on both the remote and local site locations.

You have successfully completed the file transfer, Thank you!
